2.球壳：选用可锻性钢45#钢材，调质外理硬度达到HRC16°23°、金相等级1-4级，配合表面高频淬火HRC58°-63°
3.弹结构：弹材料采用合金弹钢有较高的弹性极限和疲劳强度，以及一定的塑性和韧性，由于弹的预紧力接头总成内部可以永久补偿磨损，有效的提高接头总成的使用寿命
